'Enders - OK, I guess I should apologise, I bet you all despise soap operas!

Despite this, I shall report my feelings about last nights' ep - Jim Branning - much missed - finally returned, after the actor John Bardon came back following his all-too-real stroke. It was one of the most moving things I've seen in ages. Boy, that man can act. I don't know how his stroke has affected him in real life, so I don't know if his lack of speech is real or just consummate ability, but he could say more in one glance than most people do with a whole script. What a man. My hat goes off to him. I'm sure we all, soap-lovers or not, wish him well and hope he sticks around. Here's to a speedy recovery.

I agree. It was also nice to see a part time wheely depicted on TV as something other than a fraud. Es
